Participation in international exhibitions is one of the most effective methods of foreign trade, provided that the stages of attendance are carefully planned.
IHA offers special services to its members in order to have factories and industries in German exhibitions.
IHA Exhibition Services
• Information: The date and venue of German exhibitions in different fields will be notified 9 to 12 months before the exhibition to be booked at the best point of the exhibition in case of quorum of participants.
• Registration: The process of registering the applicant companies in the exhibition and entering their names on the exhibition website to announce the presence of the audience
• Visa Services: Obtaining a Schengen visa to enter Germany, preparing tickets, booking a hotel
• Transportation and clearance of items: Providing services for transporting exhibition items to Germany and customs clearance in the destination country
• Advertising: Review and compare the different methods of advertising in the exhibition and announce to the applicant
• Translator: The presence of an interpreter in the booth if the applicant wishes
• Booth: The IHA Pavilion will be implemented in such a way as to be present in the dignity of the companies present
